Before production, the project specification, single-line diagram and switchroom layout were reviewed to confirm transformer capacity, voltage ratio, cooling arrangement, enclosure requirement, LV busbar rating, incoming protection, outgoing feeder arrangement and cable entry direction.

The transformer and switchgear package was manufactured with the required inspection records, drawings and technical documents before shipment, helping the project team reduce approval and installation uncertainty.

<p>The project required an indoor oil-free transformer and low voltage switchgear package suitable for a data center power room. Key items needed confirmation before production, including transformer capacity, ventilation space, enclosure protection, LV busbar rating, feeder arrangement, incoming protection, cable entry direction, monitoring contacts and document approval requirements.</p>

Our engineering team reviewed the specification, SLD and switchroom arrangement before preparing the technical proposal. The dry type transformer configuration, enclosure, cooling arrangement, temperature monitoring, LV switchgear feeder schedule and protection requirements were checked against the project documents.

Based on the confirmed requirements, we prepared a coordinated transformer and LV switchgear package with datasheets, arrangement drawings, wiring references, testing documents and shipment support to reduce approval and installation risk.

<p>Routine tests and factory checks were completed before shipment. The dry type transformers were checked for winding resistance, voltage ratio, insulation resistance, applied voltage, induced voltage and temperature control function. The LV switchgear panels were checked for mechanical operation, wiring continuity, protection device arrangement, insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage.</p>
